After you contact, Your Techxpert will come and collect your device before the repair.
Loan Devices
Once I collect your device I will give you your loan device if you require one. I can assist in setting up your loan device before I repair your device. After I repair your device, I will come to drop off your device and collect your loan device. Your loan device is to be returned in the same condition as you received it, otherwise the repair costs will be added to your bill or you will have to purchase the device.
Drop off Service
After I repair your device, I will come and drop off your device. I will be collecting your loan device if you have one. I can assist in transferring data from the loan device to your main device before I leave. You will finally receive the bill and be expected to pay within 24 hours.
